Ohio Department of Insurance requires Insurance Companies to defer premium payments for 60 days.
Retroactively effective back on 3/9/2020 when Governor Dewine declared a State of Emergency in Ohio due to COVID-19 Pandemic, all insurance companies are required to defer premium payments for 60 days (expiring 5/9/2020). If you are unable to make payments at this time, it's no problem and your policy coverage will remain active and in effect. No policy will be cancelled until at least 5/9/2020 for non-payment of premium.
We offer our prayers to anyone unfortunately affected by this COVID-19 Pandemic and best wishes for all to stay safe and healthy!
