The well-being of our clients, staff, and local communities is always top priority for us at Ohio Insurance & Financial Services. With concerns about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic and wanting to do our part to keep our local communities healthy and safe, we have decided it’s in the best interest of everyone to modify our services. Effective Tuesday March 24th (3/24/2020) until further notice, our offices will be closed to public traffic until Government & Health Officials inform it’s safe to resume normal business operations. While we will not be able to meet in person, we are still committed to providing all insurance services over the phone, email, fax, mail, internet and social media. We will still be able to answer questions, administrate claims, process payments, make policy changes, and provide quotes without any disruption of services during normal business hours.
To best process payments under these unique circumstances, we respectfully request clients only use credit/debit cards or checking/savings accounts over the phone. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cash payments until further notice. Please know the Ohio Department of Insurance is requiring all insurance companies extend payment grace periods until May 9th (5/9/2020). As such, if you are unable to make payments at this time due to financial hardships, we understand and are here to help! Your coverage will remain active and in effect regardless of payment status until at least 5/9/2020.
We apologize for any inconvenience and hope everyone understands we would not be taking these actions unless we felt it was the best way for us to continue business operations while respecting the seriousness of this Covid-19 World Health Pandemic and keeping our clients, staff and communities as safe and healthy as possible.
