It's #entrepreneursday so we want to give a shout out to the one and only Gary Nelson, President of Ohio Insurance & Financial Services. We asked Gary why he chose insurance and he said:

"I was 21, getting married and looking to start a career when the insurance business came to me. I had a family member who told me about a position and thought I would be good at it. I applied and was hired over may older qualified candidates. I think the primary reason was my success in athletics and numerous awards and recommendations that I received. My previous success in life demonstrated a willingness to commit to excellence. I also have always loved helping people. I think the sincerity of those characteristics came through to people and that the insurance business allowed me to satisfy both of those foundational values... a desire to compete and a passion for truly helping others."
